A support agent that shows its working
Serochat is an AI customer-support agent you train on your own content and embed on your site with one line of code. It answers from your documents, links the passage it used, and says it does not know rather than guessing.
Why it works the way it does
Most support chatbots fail in the same way. Asked something their content does not cover, they answer anyway — fluently, confidently, and wrong. The customer believes it, acts on it, and the business finds out later. A bot that bluffs about your refund window does more damage in one sentence than it saves in a month of deflected tickets.
So Serochat is built around a constraint rather than a capability. It answers only from the sources you connect. Every grounded answer ends with a link to the passage it came from, so anyone can check it in one click. And when the sources genuinely do not cover a question, it says so and offers a person, which is the answer a customer can actually use.
That constraint costs something. Serochat will decline questions a less careful bot would happily answer. We think that is the right trade, and it is the reason the product exists.
Who it is for
Small teams who already have the answers written down — a help centre, a policies page, a handbook, a folder of documents — and no capacity to answer the same twenty questions by hand every week. Shops, agencies, clinics, membership bodies, software companies with a support inbox and no support team.
It is not an enterprise contact-centre platform, and it is not trying to be. If you need queue routing, phone support and workforce management, there are better tools and we would rather say so.
Who builds it
Serochat is built and run in the United Kingdom, as a sole trader. It is a small operation, deliberately: one product, one job, and a support address that reaches the person who wrote the code.
The application and database run on a single server in London. Every company that touches your data is named on the security page, along with what it sees and how long anything is kept.
How it is paid for
By subscription, from customers — not by advertising, not by selling data, and not by a free tier funded out of somebody else’s data. Plans and what each includes are on the pricing page, and there is a free trial with no card so you can find out whether it works on your content before you decide anything.
