Before you pick a plan
Does it work with Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or WordPress?
Yes. Serochat installs as one script tag, so it works on any platform that lets you add code to your pages. Step-by-step guides for Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow and plain HTML are published at serochat.ai/install, so you can check the exact menus on your platform before you sign up — and once you have pasted the snippet, Serochat checks the page and tells you whether it can see it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is needed to begin. Add a payment method during the trial to continue at the listed price; if no card is added, the subscription simply ends when the trial does and you are not charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter and Team, or between monthly and annual billing, from the billing area in your account. The difference is worked out pro-rata, so you only pay for what you have used.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The billing area opens a secure Stripe portal where you can cancel, change your card, or download invoices. Your chatbot keeps answering until the end of the period you have already paid for.
